Funky

Following the success of earlier works, the Inner Nature series has been expanded with six new paintings: Rêverie, Sunshiny, Funky, Clarity, Glowy, and Fairy. Titles that each reflect a mood, an inner movement, a way of seeing the world. They evoke dreaminess, lightness, playfulness, clarity, warmth, and a touch of magic – facets of life that deserve to be celebrated.

Each piece features a monumental, lush plant anchored in a unique pot – some natural, made of wood, marble, or glass; others adorned with bold graphic patterns that subtly nod to retro design and invite a longer gaze. The tables beneath the plants also play an essential role in the composition. Their intricate patterns and refined color transitions require technical precision and provide each painting with a dynamic foundation – rhythmic, layered, and always in dialogue with the plant above.

The color palette is warm and expressive: bottle green, deep forest, soft brown, salmon, beige, and vibrant yellow alternate and interact, bringing a rich and layered atmosphere to life. Everything in these works radiates vitality – as if they illuminate not only the space, but also the viewer from within.
